Based in Southwest Florida, we serve a select group of Part 91 owners in Naples, Fort Myers, and nationwide. The name J3T carries a personal meaning: three sons, one purpose. Aircraft ownership should be simpler, more transparent, and far less expensive than the industry has made it.

Our Position
Most management companies make money on the spread. They mark up fuel, maintenance, and services, and the owner rarely knows. Their incentive is not to minimize your cost. It is to maximize their margin.
J3T was built on the opposite model. We are compensated by you directly. We do not take commissions from vendors. We do not mark up parts, fuel, or services. When your invoice arrives, it reflects what was actually charged.
We work exclusively with Part 91 operators. No charter. No conflict. Every recommendation we make, every vendor we engage, every dollar we spend is made with one client in mind.
